Upon acceptance of an order for our products or services, We will send you an invoice through Stripe which will enable you to pay your invoice(s) directly on the Stripe website. Accordingly, we do not separately receive, store, process, or otherwise interact with any of your data except as provided within the Stripe platform and/or services.
High Moon Group sells promotional products. We deliver our products to You through direct delivery of physical goods pursuant to our Your request.

Where a refund is offered, all products are required to be return to High Moon Group, in the condition received by you, prior to the refund being issued. Our refund policy has been explained above.
Once an order has been accepted by you it will immediately move into production and cancellations are not permitted.

Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.
